W artykule przedstawiono zarys monografczny związanego z "Solidarnością" bezdebitowego mie-sięcznika "Wryj", który ukazywał się w Rzeszowie w 1981 r. Było to prawdopodobnie jedyne czasopismo o charakterze satyrycznym wydawane przez szeroko rozumianą opozycję w PRL. "Wryj" szydził nie tylko z władzy, ale również z "Solidarności" i uważany był za pismo kontrowersyjne.
Miesięcznik jest też rzadkim przykładem bezdebitowego tytułu wydawanego w prowincjonalnym ośrodku, który zdobył ogólnopolski zasięg i popularność.
Został pokazany na tle innych, niezależnych pism rzeszowskich pomiędzy sierpniem 1980 r. a grudniem 1981 r. Są one reprezentatywne dla większości tytułów wydawanych przez NSZZ "Solidarność" w innych regionach Polski. Pozwoliło to na uwypuklenie jego cech charakterystycznych, jakże odmiennych od pozostałych tytułów.
The article presents the monographic outline of the underground press monthly magazine "Wryj" which was connected with "Solidarity" and appeared in Rzeszów in 1981. It was probably the only satirical magazine released by a widely understood opposition in the Polish People's Republic. "Wryj" ridiculed not only authority, but also "Solidarity", and was considered a controversial publication. The monthly is also a rare example of a secretly circulated title released in a relatively small city, which has gained nationwide range and popularity. In order to describe it better, it was presented against the background of other independent maga-zines appearing in Rzeszów between August 1980 and December 1981. They are representative for the majority of publications released by the Independent Trade Union "Solidarity" in the other regions of Poland. The comparison allowed to portray how diferent "Wryj" magazine was from all the others.
