Summary

Self-government reform made friendly conditions to grow local self-government press. From march of 1990 year to half 1992 year in Province of Kielce was being founded 20 new titles of papers that was reaching to 27 communes. Said papers was setting generally with financial help of communes and was formulating first of all by self-government workers. Subjects taking up on the columns of this papers informing people who are living in the communes about work of self-government organs, task realization progress, and execution of budget. Behind information task, self-government papers can become factor to small community integrity and support local democracy progress.
